What the network is
Aptiva Now is being built as a two-sided network. For patients, it’s a simple way to get care — including virtual generalist visits for everyday concerns, and the Hurt! App for figuring out what to do after an injury. For independent providers, it’s a free way to plug into a referral network and reach patients who are actively looking for care across Kentucky and Indiana.
For patients: a fast, low-cost front door
Aptiva Now gives you a simple way to get care. Start with a virtual generalist visit for everyday concerns, or use the Hurt! App to figure out what to do right after an injury and get pointed to the right care fast. When you need hands-on care, the network helps route you to the right provider across Kentucky and Indiana.
For independent providers: join the free network
For independent providers and practices, Aptiva Now is a free way to plug into a referral network and reach patients who are actively looking for care — no per-site license, no lock-in. You get a referral relationship with a multi-specialty group (including patients who start with a virtual visit and need in-person or specialty care), and a values-aligned brand built on the same transparency behind Aptiva’s patient education. It’s built around the needs of independent practices rather than large health systems.
